Policies for our Mobile Pet Grooming, Dog Grooming and Cat Grooming!

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel we would appreciate 48 hours notice. This allows us time to find a replacement for your time spot. In the unlikely event that you cancel your mobile pet grooming sooner than 48 hours from the scheduled appointment a 50.00 fee may be charged to you for each pet scheduled.

Reminder Calls:

A courtesy reminder call will be done one to two nights before your scheduled appointment. It is a reminder call to tell you there is an appointment scheduled for your pet. This reminder call is not a reminder to cancel your scheduled appointment.

"No Show"

In the event we arrive for a confirmed scheduled appointment and find no one there. A 50.00 service fee may be attached to the next groom per pet. This does not include prior arrangements made with owners who can not be present for the grooming.

Method of Payment:

Presently we accept cash only as payment. We will be looking into accepting Credit Cards in the future . When we do offer Credit Cards as a form of payment there will be a Convenience Fee added on to your bill. We do have a Pay Pal Account if you wish to pay this way the day of the groom. A Convenience Fee of 2.9% will be added to your cost if you choose to pay with

Pay Pal.
